Please note that a failed attempt to complete an inspection due to water or electricity not on or unable to access the property will result in a $25.00-75.00 travel fee which is due at the initial inspection time.

Payments are due at the time of inspection by check, cash or money order.

A $30.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.
